RETURN POLICY

We genuinely hope you don’t have to visit this page but in the unfortunate event that you do, please drop us a mail with your complaint at hello@theblackboxco.com with the subject line “Replacement and Return” and we will get back to you.

All Replacements and returns will be considered within 15 days of delivery.

In case you receive a bad quality or damaged product, please attach a picture of the same and we will take care of the rest.
